1. Chosen Notes natural incense is handmade and may vary in thickness.
2. Please remove the incense gently from the box to avoid breakage.
3. Store in a cool, dry place after opening, avoiding other fragrances.
4. Keep away from fire, high temperature and humidity, direct sunlight or places easily accessible to children and pets.
5. The product is made with natural ingredients. Incense ash can be reused as fertilizer.
6.The ash color on the bottom of ceramic incense holder is the natural calcination phenomena of RU Kiln. Please note that refunds or exchanges due to this reason are not accepted.

If the product is damaged or broken after unpacking, please contact info@chosennotes.com within 3 days with your order number. Our customer support team will provide you with a solution within 12 hours (Monday to Friday). If the above problems do not occur, returns will not be supported after opening.
